The night after barely escaping 3-0 blown lead, the Leafs were at it again tonight. After two quick goals by Ponikarovsky, the Leafs got out to a great start, showing potential to compete for the full 60 minutes. On the night of a rare Leafs/Preds dual, the seesaw battle was out in effect. The leafs jumped out to an early 3-0 lead within the first 10 minutes and looked well on their way to a blowout – however this was not the case. After a goalie change, Nashville steadily gained momentum, eventually tying the game 3-3.
